TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ROOM BOOKING
- BOOKING & PAYMENT
- Room booking is subject to availability and must be confirmed with full advance payment.
- No booking will be confirmed without successful payment.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice during peak seasons, events, or due to government policies.
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- No Refund Policy: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be issued.
- Booking dates can be adjusted once, subject to availability and request made at least 48 hours in advance.
- In the rare event the hotel cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- GUEST POLICY
- Only guests aged 18 years and above can book and stay at the property.
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, Voter Card.) during check-in.
- The hotel does not allow visitors in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMINGS
- Check-in Time: 10:00 AM
- Check-out Time: 09:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
- FOOD & BEVERAGES
- Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks into the premises.
- Room service and in-house restaurant dining are available during operational hours.
- DAMAGES & CONDUCT
- Any intentional or accidental damage to hotel property by guests will be charged to their account.
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner. Management has the right to refuse service or evict any guest who causes disturbance or breaks hotel rules.
- SMOKING & SAFETY
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Tampering with fire safety systems or emergency equipment is strictly prohibited and may lead to fines or legal action.
- VALUABLES & LIABILITY
- Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
- A safe deposit locker facility may be available on request at the front desk.
- PARKING
- Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The hotel is not liable for any damage or theft to vehicles parked on its premises.
- FORCE MAJEURE
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
